Japanese calligraphy

If you are dissatisfied with your calligraphy in any way, contact us within 40 days of placing your order, and you can choose to receive a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping cost) or have us make and send a replacement. Simply repackage the product, send it back and contact us with instructions about how you would like us to proceed.

We will not charge additional shipping to send you a replacement calligraphy scroll, should you choose this option. However, we would appreciate your understanding that these are handcrafted items that take a number of weeks to create.

Kanji name images

If you are not satisfied with your kanji name image and we are unable to find a suitable alternative, you can contact us up to 7 days after you have made the purchase and have the cost refunded to your credit card.

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to download your name successfully, we will do our best to get it to you by other means. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
